VAT returns, payslips, tax filings: we prepare, you review and approve. Nothing goes to the authorities or to your employees without your agreement.
Every approved month is archived, with the calculations and the supporting documents. The day an audit comes, everything is there.
What you see at all times
Your outstanding receivables and how old they are, the reminders under way, what you owe and to whom, your margin and your cash. Enough to know, in September, whether you can hire.
Automation is not the selling point. It is what frees up the time we actually sell you: advice, not data entry.
Where your data is
Data hosted in Europe, on infrastructure certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Encryption at rest and in transit, a dedicated database per client, backups replicated in Europe. Hosting in Switzerland available on request. The detail is on the page Privacy.
What people ask us first
Do I have to change software to benefit from it?
No. We take over what you already have, and we tell you what it costs to keep it or to change it. See the page Accounting software.
Do I have to work in it every day?
No. You go in when you want an answer, and when we ask you to approve the month. The rest of the time, we keep it.
Is my data mixed with that of other clients?
No. A database reserved for your company, and confidentiality written into every engagement.
And if I leave RVJ?
Your data is yours. We hand it back in a usable format, no argument.
