Four doors, one person to talk to.
You will never have to explain your file twice. What comes in through one door travels through all of them.
Knowing who owes you what, for how long, and at what stage. Without having to ask.
We keep the books in full, including receivables and payables. Your figures are therefore always current, and you can look at them whenever you like: open invoices and how old they are, reminders in progress, what you owe and to whom, your margin and cash indicators.
Automation is not the selling point. It is what frees up the time we actually sell you — advice, not data entry.
What we commit to deliver, in writing.
Every written question receives a reply within 48 working hours. If it requires more work, you will receive an acknowledgement within that time, giving the date of the full reply.
Statements, returns, payslips: we prepare, you approve. Nothing goes to the authorities, your employees or third parties without your consent.
The same rules are set out in your engagement letter. Working hours: Monday to Friday, excluding Geneva public holidays.
Incorporation, commercial register filing, registered address, day-to-day administration. And if your business crosses the border, the group holds the Luxembourg structure.
We read every one of them and record the premiums, the cover and the deadlines. One to two months before each cancellation date, we tell you whether there is something better elsewhere. You decide; we carry it out.
Several years unclosed, an assessment made by default, late-payment interest running. It does not frighten us: it is half the files that come to us.
The questions we get asked first.
- What does an accounting firm cost in Geneva?
- How do I change accountants, and what must be handed back to me?
- Which accounting software for a Swiss SME?
- Withholding tax: what must the employer do?
- Cross-border workers: where is my salary taxed, and how far can I telework?
Each has its own page, with dated, verifiable answers. None of them requires calling us to be useful.
Tell us where you stand.
We will tell you what it costs.
Eight questions, three minutes, and a costed estimate. Or simply a message, if you would rather speak to someone first.
