What data, why, and for how long

Video meetings
Our online meetings take place on Microsoft Teams. A session is only recorded or transcribed with the consent of everyone present, requested in advance and confirmed at the start of the session. You can withdraw this consent at any time, including during the session: recording then stops. The recording is used only to draw up the minutes and is deleted once they are approved.
Audience measurement and cookies
Google Analytics is only loaded if you accept it in the cookie banner; you can withdraw your consent at any time. Technical cookies needed for the site (language, session, security) do not require consent. Details are in the cookie policy.
Recipients
- Odoo S.A. (Belgium): hosting of the site and of our management data, in data centres in Europe.
- Google (Ireland and United States): audience measurement, only if you accept it in the cookie banner.
- Microsoft (Ireland and United States): Teams video meetings and email.
- Calendly (United States): choosing a time slot, when we send you a booking link.
- Payment provider : online payment of the consultation, when this option is offered. We never see or store your card details.
Transfers to the United States rely on the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies, or on standard contractual clauses. We never sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You can request access to your data (Art. 25 FADP), its correction or erasure, object to processing, withdraw a consent given, or request your data in a common format (Art. 28 FADP). Write to us; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Security
Named access limited to what is necessary, encrypted exchanges, regular backups.
