Terms and conditions

What applies to the first meeting and the consultation booked on this site.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the services booked on this site: the first meeting and the consultation. A fiduciary mandate (accounting, payroll, VAT, tax…) is governed by the engagement letter and the general mandate terms signed with the client, which take precedence over these terms.

2. First meeting

The first meeting lasts thirty minutes, by video call. It is free and without commitment. Its purpose is to understand your situation and tell you whether we can be of use.

3. Consultation

The consultation lasts one hour, by video call. Its price is CHF 250 excluding VAT, VAT at the statutory rate in addition. We prepare it from the documents you send us; you then receive our answers in writing and, where relevant, a costed action plan.

4. Booking and payment

The contract is concluded when the booking is confirmed. The consultation is paid online at the time of booking. An invoice is issued.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment; the amount paid is then refunded or carried over. Within 24 hours, or if you do not attend, the consultation remains due. If we have to cancel, we offer you a new date or refund you in full.

6. Nature of our answers

Our answers are based on the information and documents you provide and on the law in force on the day of the consultation. They do not cover points not submitted to us. You alone decide what to do next.

7. Confidentiality

We keep confidential everything we learn about you, during and after the service. Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy statement.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage, up to the amount paid for the service concerned. This limit does not apply in the event of gross negligence or intent (Art. 100 CO).

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
