Your books are in Bexio. We work inside it.
You enter your invoices and expenses, we take it from there: checking, VAT, payroll, year end. You keep control of your tool and the licence stays in your name.
A shared access, and a clear split of who does what.
Wrongly allocated accounts, VAT put on the wrong line, duplicated suppliers: we correct as we go rather than once a year, when nothing can be changed any more.
Bexio pulls the entries through bLink or a camt.053 file. Whatever does not reconcile by itself, we handle, and we tell you which supporting document is missing.
We prepare and file the return, and we check along the way that the method you chose is still the cheaper one for you.
The Bexio payroll module covers AHV, BVG and UVG. We set it up, we produce the annual salary certificates, and we close the year.
Five points explain almost every discrepancy we find.
- The VAT setup on each account, and the rate applied by default to the items.
- The chart of accounts, often left as it came when it should follow your activity.
- The opening balances, when the handover happened mid-year.
- Supplier invoices entered with no document attached, which become indefensible in an audit.
- The payroll setup: contribution rates, pension fund, withholding tax, family allowances.
You enter, we check: that is often the cheaper arrangement.
Bexio is built to be used by the business owner. Making the most of that means leaving you the day-to-day entry — which is fast when you know your own activity — and handing us what needs a technical reading. You pay for fewer hours, and we spend ours where they count.
Do we have to give you access to our Bexio?
Yes, a named access, which you can revoke at any time from your own account. We never ask for your credentials: a shared access is created properly, with its own user and its own trace in the history.
Who pays for the subscription?
You do, and the licence stays in your name. That is what guarantees your data stays reachable if we ever part ways. We do not resell licences and take no commission on them.
Is Bexio enough for a company with employees?
In most cases yes: the payroll module covers AHV, BVG, UVG, allowances and withholding tax. The limit shows up rather on multi-entity structures or with serious stock management.
Can you rescue a badly kept Bexio?
Yes. We start from the export of the entries and the bank statements, rebuild the balances and list what is missing. The time depends mostly on the available documents, not on the apparent mess.
We also work with the other tools used in French-speaking Switzerland.

And if yours is not on this list, the question is not whether we know it, but whether your data comes out of it cleanly. Tell us which one it is.
